The apparatus is based on variable spring resistance which supports, encourages and challenges the use of the body’s own resistance, allowing a dynamic and adaptable range of exercises suitable for all levels of ability.
Pilates uses concentration, muscle control and breathing to allow you to become more aware of your body and to detect and correct imbalances leaving you feeling taller, toned, more relaxed, energised and stronger.
